Martha Crawford Dean, Jack Welch College of Business and Technology
Martha Crawford is the Dean of the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology (Sacred Heart University) in Fairfield, CT. Welch College provides fully integrated undergraduate and graduate programs in Business, Computer Science, and Engineering. Throughout her career, Crawford has been laser-focused on promoting sustainable development through concrete actions. After 20 years in France where she worked as the CTO for several multi-national corporations, Crawford returned to the United States and to academia, in 2016, with a faculty position at Harvard Business School, prior to joining Sacred Heart in 2019. She holds MS and PhD degrees in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from the prestigious French College des Ingénieurs.
